⭐ SERVICES & PRICE GUIDE (2025)

Lived-Experience-Led Inclusion, Accessibility & Engagement Consultancy
I support organisations in improving accessibility, inclusion, engagement, and decision-making by combining professional expertise with my lived experience as a disabled, neurodivergent person.
My work helps organisations understand how their policies, services, communication, and systems are experienced in real life – and how to improve them in practical, proportionate, and meaningful ways.
I work across housing, higher education, charities, governance, and public-facing services, and I am recognised for initiating honest conversations and supporting sustainable change.
All work is informed by lived experience and grounded in clarity and real-world impact.
• Services can be adapted to organisational needs and scale
• Discounted rates may be available for charities and non-profits

⭐ CONSULTANCY

From £110 per hour
I provide strategic and practical consultancy to organisations seeking to improve accessibility, inclusion, engagement, and fairer outcomes.
This is not legal advice or legal policy review. My work focuses on operational practice, lived experience, implementation, and the impact of these efforts.
Scope and hours are agreed in advance at the start of each piece of work, including expected outputs. If work develops, this can be reviewed and adjusted by agreement. This ensures clarity, fairness, and effective use of consultancy time.

• Reviewing services, communication, processes, and environments through an accessibility and lived-experience lens
• Identifying barriers, risks, and unintended exclusion
• Providing clear, realistic recommendations for improvement
🔹 Policy & Practice Input (Non-Legal)
• Reviewing internal policies, procedures, or guidance for clarity, accessibility, and real-world impact
• Exploring how policies or practices may be experienced by staff, students, residents, or service users
• Supporting organisational understanding of how and why EDIA matters in practice
(This does not replace legal or compliance review.)
🔹 Focus Groups & Lived-Experience Engagement
• Designing and facilitating focus groups with:
o Students
o Staff

⭐ Testimonials

I was fortunate enough to be invited to a presentation that Samantha was presenting at. Her presentation was executed in a professional manner, whilst simultaneously interweaving the presentation of her own lived experience. I found Samantha supportive and greatly admire her drive to improve educational experiences and access for students, particularly for students with neurodivergence. Samantha would be a huge asset to any company who were privileged to have her working with them

Wendy C.

There are numerous portrayals of neurodiversity in the media that don't reflect the different ways people experience Autism and ADHD, and we need more voices like yours

Samantha was exceptional in sharing her lived experiences to help develop an in-depth understanding of the challenges underrepresented students face within education

Samantha was my mentor. I greatly valued Samantha's honesty and openness in sharing her lived experiences, including the barriers she has faced. Despite these, she has persisted and achieved so much. Samantha is passionate about driving change and making a difference for others. Her sharing of her own experiences, along with her questioning skills and drive to seek out change, has been inspiring and is leaving a lasting impact

Samantha Made Valuable contributions to the tuition-focused blog. Contributing to blogs can be a daunting task, especially when focused towards an academic audience. Samantha was brave, creative and timely with her contributions, always willing to consider how content could be leveraged in the most effective way to portray her ideas.

Clemmie

Thank you. I read the piece with interest and found it extremely illuminating. It helped me understand more about what their experience must be like and gave me insight into how they might experience their neurodivergence day to day

I have worked with Samantha since 2023. I commend her for what she does, she will go far as she is an incredible voice for those of us with neurodivergence and the challenges we can face. She is remarkable at retaining information and seeing things in an alternative way

I was impressed by her insights and the reflective pieces she’s written. The writing is so powerfully thought-provoking and moving that it would be great to share this widely

Inspirational Samantha, thank you so much, where can I read your other work?

Anonymous

100% you are creating impact! You did a fantastic job on the presentation

Anonymous

Sharing their experiences is helpful for me to think about my own experiences and any preconceived thoughts I may have. This in turn, has already led me to reflect on interactions with colleagues and what I could do differently to get the most out of the relationships. It has made me challenge my own views, as I was a little more black and white with my knowledge of different neurodiversity! II had no idea how neurodiversity would interact with each other!
